Stage 1 · Intake
Conditions, injuries and preferences.
Four services for individuals, groups and workplaces, with intake before a first session.
Every session starts with where you actually hold tension and how much pressure you want, and we check in rather than assuming. Therapists are licensed by the State of Florida. We will ask about injuries and conditions on intake, and where something needs a physician we will say so.
Conditions, injuries and preferences.
Areas and pressure agreed with you.
Checked in on throughout.
Simple suggestions, no hard sell.
Come early, tell us about any limits.
Every movement has an easier version.
At your pace, not the room's.
Regular attendance beats intensity.
Classes are small enough that the instructor can actually see you, with options given for every movement rather than one shape everyone is expected to reach. Beginners and stiff bodies are the normal case here, not the exception.
Guided sessions that teach something portable: a breathing pattern you can use in a car park before a difficult meeting, and a way to settle at night. Nobody has to sit cross-legged or chant, and scepticism is welcome in the room.
What is keeping you wound up.
One or two, taught properly.
Guided, then on your own.
Something usable without us.
The group and what would help.
Built for the people in the room.
Practical, not a lecture.
Something to continue with.
Sessions for teams and community groups on stress, recovery and practical movement for people who sit all day. Quoted after a short conversation about the group, and designed so people leave with something to use rather than a tote bag.
A free consultation first, then one session. No membership, no pressure.
